Welcome to the Faculty of Law

The Faculty of Law’s scope can be divided into two domains; Public Law and Private Law.

  1. Public Law – This concerns government and society, including constitutional law, administrative law, and criminal law.
  2. Private Law – This deals with legal disputes between individuals and/or organizations in areas such as contracts, property, torts/delicts and commercial law.
