Welcome to the Exercise and Sport Science program at HU.

This dynamic and multidisciplinary field focuses on the study of the human body in motion, and the ways in which physical activity and sport can be used to promote health, fitness, and performance. Our program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the scientific principles that underlie human movement, as well as the skills needed to apply this knowledge in a variety of settings.
